No information provided by the Company constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
Payment plans must be completed in full
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered.
All digital services, including AI systems, automation setups, funnels, and marketing builds:
Are non-refundable
Are considered delivered once access is provided or systems are deployed
Setup fees and build-out fees are non-refundable.
By submitting your information through any Company platform, you agree to receive communications from BUCKHEAD BUSINESS SERVICES™, including:
Phone calls
Text messages (SMS)
Emails
These communications may be automated, pre-recorded, or generated using artificial intelligence.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or contacting us directly.
You agree not to:
Promote competing services within Company systems or communities
Solicit other users or clients
Use Company platforms for unauthorized commercial activity
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
All materials, systems, content, and services provided by the Company are owned by BUCKHEAD BUSINESS SERVICES™ and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
You agree:
To provide accurate information
To use services in compliance with applicable laws
To not misuse automation, messaging, or marketing systems
You are solely responsible for your business operations and compliance.
The Company may use or integrate third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:
Service interruptions
Platform changes
Third-party failures
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUCKHEAD BUSINESS SERVICES™ is not liable for:
Lost profits or revenue
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Data loss
All services are used at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your violation of laws

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws within the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
